There has never been a better time to give back and help others.

Our team took some time this week to lend a hand to neighbours in need. As a team we prepared 156 meals for the St. Vincent's Place Soup Kitchen. 

Food insecurity and homelessness is at an all time high in our community. Families including single parents with children and others suffer with increased food costs. 

Abundance is a state of mind - we all have something we can share.
