Every Child Matters

We have heavy hearts with the recent discovery at a residential school in Kamploops, British Columbia. We recognize the lives of the 215 children and countless more that were lost to the Residential School System in Canada. Indeed, there are so many more across this country that if we flew our flags at half-mast one day for each, the flags would be lowered for 11 years. We honour the survivors who tell the stories we need to hear and retell. We cannot allow this part of history to be forgotten. Every child matters!
