Congratulations, Jeff!

Today Jeff Broadbent received the honour of the award of a Coronation Medal from the Governor General of Canada on behalf of King Charles III.

The honour is given for “having have made a significant contribution to Canada or to a particular province, territory, region of, or community in, Canada, or attained an outstanding achievement abroad that brings credit to Canada”.  

Jeff’s commitment to social justice is a central value that has driven him to community service for over 30 years in Sault Ste. Marie.  Jeff is photographed here receiving the award from Member of Parliament Terry Sheehan.
